As a Certified Master Life Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher, I bring to the table a mixture of mindfulness, playfulness, breathwork, movement, intuition, and deep curiosity to help you follow your internal compass.
With a background in marketing, advertising, and business management for over 17 years, I know what works and what doesn’t to build a successful and profitable business. We work on both mindset AND strategy during our time together.
